對象 Target	將於2027年9月升讀小一的孩子(即2021年出生的孩子)Children who are eligible to enroll Primary One in September 2027 (i.e. children born in 2021)
派發小一入學申請表日期 Date of distribution of Primary One Admission Application Form	2026年9月1至25日 (經幼稚園、各區民政事務處、教育局學位分配組及各區域教育服務處派發)Distribution of Application form starts from 1st to 25th September 2026(Via kindergartens or kindergarten-cum-child care centres , Public enquiry service centres of District Offices, School Places Allocation Section or Regional Education Offices of Education Bureau.)

帶備文件 Required Documents	1. 已填妥的「小一入學申請表」 Completed ‘Application Form for Admissions to Primary One’ 2. 家長身份證正副本 The original and photocopy of the parent’s identity card 3. 家長地址證明文件（必須是最近3個月的水、電、煤等單據，或公共屋邨租約、已加蓋政府釐印的租約、家居固網電話費單等；所有地址證明文件上的姓名必須與家長／監護人相同）The proof of the parent’s current residential address with photocopies (issued within the last 3 months) ,including tenancy agreement with stamp duty, rates bill, public housing tenancy agreement or utility bills (water / electricity / town gas / residential telephone bills etc.) 4. 學生出生證明書或學生身份證明正副本 5. 如申報申請兒童的兄/姊在該小學就讀，家長/監護人須出示有關證件（如申請兒童兄/姊的出生證明書及兄/姊的學生手冊等）的正本及其影印本。 Birth Certificate and school handbook of the applicant child's sibling, together with a photocopy of the documents, if claiming the applicant child's sibling is studying in the school of the same address applied for. 6. 如申報申請兒童的父/母或兄姊為該小學的畢業生關係，家長/監護人須出示有關證件（如申請兒童兄/姊的出生證明書及申請兒童的兄/姊或家長的畢業證書等）的正本及影印本。 Birth Certificate of the applicant child's sibling and graduate certificate of the applicant child's sibling / parent together with a photocopy of the documents,if claiming the applicant child's sibling or parent's graduate relationship. ***請細閱教育局2027年度「小一入學申請表」填表須知 Please refer to the Education Bureau’s Notes on How to Complete the ‘Application Form for Admission to Primary One 2027’.
備註 Remarks	1. 各家長如有意讓安排貴子女入讀本校，請於小一入學申請「自行分配學位」階段的申請表丙部寫上「圓玄學院陳國超興德小學」。If a parent intends to enroll your child in our school, please write” The Yuen Yuen Institute Chan Kwok Chiu Hing Tak Primary School” complete Item A of Part C in form of [Application for Primary 1 Discretionary Places Admission ], 2. 如與本校屬同一校網（例如富泰邨，71區），統一派位階段亦能選擇本校。 If the applicant belongs to our school’s POA School Net (District 71) (e.g. Fu Tai Estate), you can also choose our school in the Central Allocation stage. 3. 如與本校屬不同校網（例如欣田邨，70區），在統一派位階段只能於甲部選擇本校。 If the applicant does not belong to our school’s POA School Net (District 71) (e.g. District 70,Yan Tin Estate), you can only choose our school in Part A during the Central Allocation stage.
